1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mystique Campbell DBA DriveReadyMA ("DriveReadyMA," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Norwood, MA. By accessing our website, submitting a demo request form, or receiving any communications from DriveReadyMA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services or submit your information through any DriveReadyMA form or web page.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
By accessing our website or submitting any form, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. DriveReadyMA's services are intended for licensed driving school operators and adult students only.
If you are under 18, you may not use our services, submit your contact information, or consent to receive SMS communications from DriveReadyMA. Driving school operators are responsible for ensuring that any student enrolled in SMS communications through DriveReadyMA's platform meets the minimum age requirement or has obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.
DriveReadyMA reserves the right to terminate access and remove any account or contact found to be in violation of this age requirement.
3. Description of Services
DriveReadyMA provides AI-powered automation services to Massachusetts-licensed driving schools, including but not limited to:
- Automated student onboarding and lifecycle management
- SMS-based appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling
- RMV compliance tracking and automated record alerts
- Lead follow-up and missed call text-back automation
- Student self-service via SMS keywords (STATUS, SCHEDULE)
- Automated payment invoicing and collection via SMS
- Centralized reporting and dashboard access
Services are provided to driving school operators ("Clients") and their enrolled students ("End Users") under separate service agreements.
4. SMS Messaging & A2P Compliance
DriveReadyMA operates SMS communications in full compliance with the CTIA Messaging Principles, A2P 10DLC carrier registration requirements, and applicable federal and state telecommunications regulations.
Consent to Receive SMS
By submitting your information through any DriveReadyMA form — including demo request forms, enrollment forms, or landing pages — you expressly consent to receive text messages from DriveReadyMA and/or its registered driving school clients at the phone number you provide. These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and lesson reminders
- Student progress updates and status notifications
- Scheduling and booking confirmations
- Payment invoices and collection reminders
- Lead follow-up and onboarding communications
- Demo scheduling and support messages
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. DriveReadyMA does not charge separately for SMS delivery.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent, except as required by law.
Help & Support
For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at the address listed in Section 12. You may also contact your mobile carrier for assistance with message blocking.
5. Driving School Client Obligations
Driving school operators who contract with DriveReadyMA ("Clients") agree to the following obligations:
- Obtain explicit written or digital opt-in consent from all students before enrolling them in automated SMS communications
- Ensure all consent records are maintained and available upon request
- Provide accurate student and contact information for automation workflows
- Comply with all Massachusetts RMV licensing requirements independently of DriveReadyMA's compliance tracking tools
- Not use DriveReadyMA services to send unsolicited, deceptive, or prohibited message content
- Promptly honor all student opt-out requests received through any channel
DriveReadyMA's compliance tracking tools are provided for operational efficiency only and do not constitute legal compliance advice or guarantee regulatory adherence.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use DriveReadyMA services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to contacts who have not opted in
- Transmit false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or carrier messaging policy
- Infringe on any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of DriveReadyMA's platform or infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute DriveReadyMA services without written authorization
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, workflows, copy, software, and materials associated with DriveReadyMA — including but not limited to the DriveReadyMA name, logo, website design, and automation frameworks — are the exclusive property of Mystique Campbell DBA DriveReadyMA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any DriveReadyMA materials without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
DriveReadyMA services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions beyond our control.
9. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mystique Campbell DBA DriveReadyMA is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in SMS message delivery caused by mobile network carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other U.S. wireless providers. Message delivery is subject to each carrier's network availability, filtering systems, and technical conditions, which are outside of DriveReadyMA's control.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. DriveReadyMA does not guarantee that any SMS message will be delivered within a specific timeframe or at all, as delivery depends on factors including but not limited to:
- Carrier network congestion or outages
- Recipient device availability or compatibility
- Carrier-level spam filtering or message blocking
- Invalid or inactive phone numbers provided by the recipient
- Recipient's mobile plan or SMS service status

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mystique Campbell DBA DriveReadyMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total cumulative liability to any party shall not exceed the total fees paid to DriveReadyMA in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
12. Changes to These Terms
DriveReadyMA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
